Directions 1. Place juice, margarine and pepper in pan. 2. Cook until slightly reduced. 3. Dust fish meal. 4. Add the sauce and poach until cooked, turning once. 5. Exit onto the plates. Spoon sauce over fish.
Nutrition to serve 166 calories, 4 g carbohydrate, 27g protein, 4 g fat.
