Refried Bean Soup is a simple and tasty meal that can have on the table in 30 minutes. Add a relish tray or salad, biscuits, tortillas or hot, and you have a meal. The Amish-Style Taco Squares are a simple recipe using the mix of crackers. They are easy to assemble and be on the table in less than an hour, including time to bake. Once again, add a salad or vegetable and have a meal with little preparation or cleanup time.
Refried Bean Soup
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1 / 2 cup chopped onion
1 / 2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 can (31 ounces) refried beans
1 can (14.5 ounces) chicken broth
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
5 corn tortillas, cut into 1/2-inch strips, optional
Sour cream, optional
Grated Monterey Jack cheese, optional
In a large saucepan, bring the tomatoes, onion and garlic to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in the refried beans, broth and cilantro. Boil the mixture for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, place tortilla strips on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until crisp. Dip into the soup bowls and top with crispy tortilla strips. Add cream and cheese on the crispy strips, if desired.
TACO STYLE AMISH PLAZAS
This recipe is from the Old Order Amish one lady who lives in Indiana. His family traveled by horse and buggy and do not use electricity. The state of Indiana is one of several states with Amish communities that still practice the old fashion Amish ways. And it is always a good cooking!
2 cups biscuit mix
1 / 2 cup cold water
1 pound hamburger
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 green pepper
1 cup pizza sauce
1 package taco seasoning
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 / 3 cup salad dressing
Combine biscuit mix and water. Stir the mixture with a fork until blended. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes. Brown hamburger with onion and green pepper chopped. Add taco seasoning and the sauce for pizza. Spoon the mixture over hot crust hamburger. Combine sour cream, cheese and dressing. Spread cream mixture over the meat mixture. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly 375 degrees.

Preparation
Mixed with soy sauce, ketchup-rigid and maize flour with 2 tablespoons water in a bowl and keep aside. Heat oil in non-stick pan and add baby corn and sauté over a high flame for 5 minutes. Add green chilly, ginger and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes. Then add flour and corn sauce mixture. Mix well over a high flame until the sauce coats the baby corn. Toss in Capsicum, add salt and pepper and mix well. Serve hot. A great to enjoy the meal!
