How to Make an Easy Waffle Recipe By C. Bell
Saturday, February 14, 2009

My family has enjoyed a recipe that comes from my great-grandmother. This recipe was a favorite breakfast for generations. It is a quick recipe for waffles. Since I was closest to my great grandmother, my family calls me constantly for this recipe. It is a very simple recipe, I do my children. I love making this dish from scratch. My great-grandmother did not measure anything.

He said that the ingredients and quantities are all in your head. She just put what I thought was enough flour, milk, etc. Before its passage, I find out about how much of each ingredient was used taught me this recipe to my daughter when she was 8 years old. She was so eager to discover what the problem was the waffles. Well, I am sharing what has been in our family for decades.

Great grandmother of Waffles

- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 / 3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick of melted butter (although you can use margarine, butter tastes better)
- 1 cup milk (may need to put a little more consistency)
- 1 capful of vanilla flavor
- 2 / 3 capful lemon flavor

Pre-heat the waffle iron. Mix dry ingredients together. Add butter, milk and finally the flavorings. Open your waffle iron and spray cooking spray on the top and bottom grills. Pour two tablespoons of dough into the waffle iron. Make sure not to overfill because the batter will expand. Cook the waffles according to your waffle iron specifications. The batter makes about 3-4 over Belgian waffles for my family.

Speed food is really starting show its courage to speed up the preparation of food. It only takes a few minutes to crumble to the ground in a hot beef skillet or sauce pan, maybe with the tablespoon or two of olive or canola oil to reduce the risk of sticking, and brown the meat until all pink coloration disappears. This is necessary because if the meat should be cooked properly so that each organism that can be dangerous in those who died were killed.

For Browning the meat is finished, you can stir in some finely chopped onion, garlic, mushrooms, green peppers, grated carrot or any similar material that will happen and useful in refrigerator. When the onions soft and clear, it is time to stir in the tomato sauce, or can, the splash of red wine or balsamic vinegar, and a few sprinkles of dried herbs such as basil, oregano, marjoram or fennel seeds. Ingredients For Quick Easy Healthy Meals Recipes By Richard Morrison
Saturday, February 7, 2009

Healthy food recipes must contain no artificial colors or taste. Bright natural color of food comes from Mother Nature itself, and never, ever, anything that will end with the word "doodle" is included in a healthy food. Ever. (If only one person whispers a word doodle, I swear I will appear in your home.)

Healthy food for quick easy recipes should produce fresh whenever possible. If fresh produce is not feasible, then the flash to be frozen or canned will do. Check the sodium or added sugar and fruit, make sure they are packed in water or juice alone is not heavy syrup.

Luka leanest meat to buy with little to no visible fat. Buy package boneless, skinless chicken. Selling beef to at least 85% lean, and mix with ground turkey or chicken to stretch and if the lower fat and content.

All Breads, cereal and grain should be whole grain breakfast. Read the label. The words "whole wheat flour" should be listed first. Avoid words such as flour rich, the only white flour with molasses or other coloring agent to appear to be whole grain products.

Extra virgin olive oil should be included in materials to make healthy food. Extra virgin on the label means is made from the first pressing of olives and quality. The flavor of extra virgin olive oil is superior to the olive oil, so very good for the healthy salad dressings. Olive oil lamp is perfect for cooking.

Buy low-fat yogurt and cheese. Such as milk, 1 or 2% milk, pure, unless your doctor orders you to drink skimmed milk. We all need some fat in the diet and some diet products, such as Cottage Cheese, which is not good when they are fat free.

Drinking juices is a bad idea. It's too easy to consume too many calories in liquid form. Plus you lose some of the fiber that you get from eating fresh fruits. In addition to biting into delicious apple is a more satisfactory way of gulping down a glass of juice.
